Care | Treat with our white sole cleaner to keep your soles white and clean the leather parts of your shoes with our leather cleaner. Use an appropriate protector for the textile. We do not recommend using a sponge to clean the sole in order to avoid minor scratches. Use a soft cloth instead. |
We deliberately craft our shoes in Europe to avoid the heavy ecological footprint of overseas transport and to be able to use 100% chromium-free leathers sourced from local tanners adhering to worlds' most strict environmental protection standards imposed by the Leather Working Group.
You can return the shoes within 14 days after the send date. No questions asked. To return your item(s), you can create a free*(except on sales articles) return label with the link or QR code that will be included in your package.
Shoes need to be returned unused and in the original packaging, and together with the pack slip that you received in your box.
You need to send your returns to Kunoka BV, Kortrijksesteenweg 1092/G, B-9051 Gent, Belgium.
You are responsible for your return until we have confirmed the reception of your return.
Please note that sales articles are returned at risk and at charge of the client and a handling fee wil be applied for each article returned.
Refunds
Upon reception of your return we will reimburse immediately your returned items subject to the return conditions mentioned above being met.
Reimbursement is done within 24 hrs after we have received your return, but it can still take several days before the money is on your bank account due to delays at the bank.
Refunds are always done with the same payment method as the initial payment for the order.
In case freight fees and/or handling fees apply (on sales items only) they will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Return fees on SALES items
Return fees (handling/packaging/repacking/initial sending) are applicable on sales items only. For sendings in Belgium the return fee is € 9,74 per item incl VAT. For sendings from outside Belgium the return fee is € 12, 02 per item incl VAT. These amounts are deducted from the refund amount. Freight fee of the return is at charge of the client - in case Kunoka return labels are used for returns; the freight fee will be charged at cost though deduction from the refund amount.
