You can return the shoes within 15 days after the send date. No questions asked. If you order 2 different sizes of a same model, then you can always return one size for free.
Shoes need to be returned unused and in the original packaging, and together with the pack slip that you received in your box.
You need to send your returns to Kunoka BV, Kortrijksesteenweg 1092/G, B-9051 Gent, Belgium.
You are responsible for your return until we have confirmed the reception of your return.
Upon reception of your return we will reimburse immediately your returned items subject to the return conditions mentioned above being met. In case you have ordered 2 sizes of the same model, and you return one size, we will also reimburse your return shipping costs.
Reimbursement is done within 24 hrs after we have received your return, but it can still take several days before the money is on your bank account due to delays at the bank.
Refunds are always done with the same payment method as the initial payment for the order.
